What are aluminium extrusion profiles?
Aluminum extrusion is a process in which aluminium alloy is forced through a die with a specific cross-sectional profile. The material comes out in the shape of the die and is pulled along a runout table.
The most common aluminium extrusions are window and door frames. The same process also makes photo frames, kitchen cabinet handles, curtain rods, blinds and many other products.
House moulds and custom dies
We have many house moulds for the most common profiles. If you need something specific, we can design and build a mould from your drawings or from an existing sample.

Grades, finishes and ordering
- Surface finishes: anodised, powder coating, sand blast, wood grain, polishing and more.
- Colours: any colour, normally referenced to the RAL colour book or matched to a customer sample.
- Size: according to your drawings or samples.
- Drawing formats: STEP, DWG, IGES and PDF.
- Weight per package: 200 - 3,000 kg.
- Delivery: 8 days for moulds and samples, and around 30 days from payment.
- Minimum order quantity: 1.
