From die to dispatch
Extrusion, finishing and machining under one supplier means fewer handovers and one team answerable for your tolerances.
Drawing and die
Send a drawing or a sample. Our engineers check the section and cut a new die, or match one of our existing moulds.
Extrusion
Billets of 6061 or 6063 alloy are heated and pressed through the die, then cut to length.
Finishing
Anodising, powder coating or wood-grain finishes, in the colour you specify.
Machining
CNC milling, drilling, tapping, stamping and laser cutting turn profiles into finished parts.
Packing and export
Packed to your requirements and shipped to customers worldwide.
