Aluminium tubes, pipes and angles

Our aluminium tubes, pipes and angles are extruded using standard house moulds. The sections are generally simple, and we have thousands of different moulds to choose from.

They are used in marine fittings, bicycle frames, building structures and many other applications.

• 1000 series: 1050, 1060, 1070, 1080, 1100, 1435
• 2000 series: 2011, 2014, 2017, 2024
• 3000 series: 3002, 3003, 3104, 3204, 3030
• 5000 series: 5005, 5052, 5040
• 6000 series: 6003, 6061, 6063, 6082, 6262, 6020
• 7000 series: 7003, 7005, 7050, 7075

Sections and sizes

• Round tube: outside diameter 5 - 300 mm, wall thickness 0.3 - 50 mm, length 10 - 6000 mm.
• Square tube: 10 x 10 mm to 300 x 300 mm, wall thickness 0.3 - 50 mm, length 10 - 6000 mm.
• Angles: 10 x 10 mm to 300 x 300 mm, wall thickness 0.3 - 50 mm, length 10 - 6000 mm.
• Other sections: oval tube, pentagon tube, polygon tube, circular bar and flat bar.

Finishes and ordering

• Surface treatment: mill finish, anodised, electrophoresis, powder coating, wood grain, sand blast.
• Colours: any colour, normally referenced to the RAL colour book or a customer sample. Natural, silver, bronze, champagne, black and gold are common.
• Delivery: 20 days from payment.
• Minimum order quantity: 300 kg.
