Aluminium Extrusion Profiles

What are Aluminium Extrusion Profiles?

Aluminum extrusion is a process by which aluminium alloy material is forced through a die with a specific cross-sectional profile. When it does, it comes out in the same shape as the die and is pulled out along a runout table.

Typically the most common aluminium extrusions are window and door frames. There are many different applications for aluminium extrusions beyond window and door frames, such as photo frames, kitchen cabinet handles, curtain rods, blinds, and many many more.

We have many house moulds available to produce the most common profiles, however if there’s something specific you require, we can design and build a mould from your drawings of existing samples.

We have capacity to deliver your needs, please do get in contact with us with your requirements and we would be more than happy to discuss them further.
